I selected two adjoining residential lots situated on a corner. The lots are small enough that I will be able to maintain on my own, but roomy enough so that I can eventually add a stained glass studio, small gardens, carport, outdoor living areas, gold fish pond, etc. – without feeling clostrophobic or crowded by neighbors.
An old frame home once stood on the property. According to neighbors, it was demolished over than 10 years ago; therefore, the lot was somewhat level, and already had water and sewer taps.
